Adobe Creative Suite moved to Adobe Creative Cloud, a subscription model. Adobe still faces the challenges of migrating these customers to the cloud in LatAm.

 

Approach

Creative/Content: Developed an educational campaign highlighting the benefits of moving to the cloud. The content was adapted to each buyer persona in the decision-making process (IT, Finance and Creative Managers) • Inbound Campaign: E-mailings, web content syndication, social media • Account Discovery: Our LDRs identified additional prospects to amplify data and reach as many prospects as possible.
